Among the new positions to be filled, we are looking for a Head of Technical Assistance Service for our Operations department in Zaragoza. His/her work would consist of being in charge of coordinating and supervising the team and after-sales Technical Support tasks, guaranteeing maximum efficiency in customer service in accordance with the established SLA, and helping to maximize their degree of satisfaction.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Technical Assistance Service.
    
  • Experience in managing small teams.
    
  • High English level.
    
  • Experience in the field of Networks will be valued (not essential).

Education:

Desirable Engineering, others are admitted if the indicated requirements are met.

Functions:

  • Coordinate, supervise and optimize the operations of technical assistance to clients (ticketing).
  • Manage the Level 1 and 2 Technical Support team (currently 6 people, 4 in Cancun recently incorporated and 2 in Zaragoza), being the maximum responsible for its development and results.
  • Coordinate possible on-site assistance required with the Deployment team.
  • Coordinate escalated incidents with the DevOps area and Development teams (level 3).
  • Analyze, control and optimize service metrics (productivity, costs, response times, etc.).
