2. Personal data processed and source
Entertainment Solutions S.L. may process identification and contact details provided by the user, such as name, email address, telephone number, country, company, job title and the information included in enquiries or requests.
These data are obtained directly from the data subject when they use the website forms or contact Entertainment Solutions S.L. by email, telephone or other available channels.
For B2B analytics through Leadinfo, technical data relating to the website visit, such as the IP address and pages visited, may also be processed in order to identify the company from which the visit is made and associate it with publicly available business information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data provided through forms or other contact channels will be processed to respond to the data subject’s enquiry or request, provide information about ZAFIRO solutions and services, and carry out the necessary actions arising from that request.

4. Retention periods
